Participants, lecturers and organizers came together for the IPICS 2026 Social Event, taking a break from the classroom to discover the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Lesvos.

The day began with a guided visit to the Museum of Industrial Olive-Oil Production in Agia Paraskevi, where participants learned about the island’s rich industrial history and olive oil production tradition.

Afterwards, the group visited the picturesque village of Molyvos, enjoying free time to explore its charming streets, local culture and unique atmosphere.

The social event provided an opportunity to strengthen friendships, exchange ideas and build lasting connections within the international IPICS community.
