3D-CIRCULAR

The mission of the 3D-CIRCULAR project, which has been awarded the STEP Seal, is to build the next generation of an educational and certification ecosystem that enables expert-level, interdisciplinary capabilities in support of a European, digitally native, circular economy. Its vision is to facilitate value creation across diverse industrial sectors and enterprises of different sizes by providing the organisational, technological, and educational means for advanced upskilling and reskilling of young talents, professionals, and policymakers. These efforts aim to support the understanding, adoption, and practical use of digital technologies to increase resource circularity, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, accelerate renewable energy production and consumption, and promote ecosystem regeneration. Through this approach, 3D-CIRCULAR seeks to deliver comprehensive specialised education and training services by developing pioneering, modular master- and doctorate-level programmes and certifications that integrate sustainability, circular economy principles, digitalisation, and innovation, while ensuring efficient, inclusive, and accessible delivery across the EU.
