Ioannis Aliprantis

John Aliprantis is a PhD candidate of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication and his research is focusing on the Machine Learning scientific fields. In 2016 he graduated from the Master Program of Culture “Cultural Informatics and Communication” of the University of the Aegean, excelling in the direction of “Designing Digital Cultural Products”. In 2012 he graduated from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. In the past, he has worked as a Designer, Analyst and Programmer of Computer Systems in companies and public agencies while he has participated in the design and construction of many websites having excellent knowledge of design tools such as photoshop and illustrator, programming languages ​​HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, Java and web applications (CMS) WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Prestashop. He has published many articles related to his research interests such as: Internet Things, Framework Awareness, Semantic Web, Enhanced Reality, Linked Data, User Experience, User Experience in magazines and conferences.
