The research laboratory PrivaSI Lab “Privacy Engineering and Social Informatics” of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication of the University of the Aegean participated in the construction of face shields for masks, which were created using 3D printing, and distributed to health care providers to treat coronavirus. From Saturday, March 26, 2020, all members of the Laboratory joined under the common goal that was organized by the HELLAS COVID 3D Supplies team of the company 3DHUB and the Ministry of Health, aiming to create masks using 3D printing.
